The front of the carousel is a candid picture alongside Trinity Rodman, where both of their moony eyes are locked onto each other.

Both are sharing laughs as Shelton carries his tennis kit with him. Meanwhile, the third picture is rather a scenic click, where the 2024 U.S. Men’s Clay Court Championship winner can be seen shirtless, with only his muscular back visible as he hikes forward alongside the valleys of white orchids, with a picturesque view of a high cliff and calm sea. Given how all these pictures featured Trinity, it was only natural for her to engage with the post. She took to the comments section and wrote, “Ur everything 🤭❤️.” However, the 2024 Olympian wasn’t done throwing more love bombs at her boyfriend. Rodman reshared the post on her Instagram Stories—specifically the one where Shelton is seen trekking across a flower-filled plateau. Along with it, she added a caption that read, “Best view I’ve ever seen 🤤😮‍💨😍.”

It seems they have come a long way since soft-launching their relationship on TikTok via an internet trend, before finally. Trinity Rodman had to take a break

Since winning gold at the Paris Olympics, injury troubles have kept Trinity Rodman tip-toeing. While she missed a considerable amount of action both on the domestic and international fronts, the 22-year-old finally made a return at the beginning of the 2025 NWSL season, making short appearances. But weeks ago, news surfaced that she would be stepping away from soccer to focus on recovering from a lingering back injury.

Her agent, Mike Senkowski, confirmed that she had flown to London to consult with the Washington Spirit’s doctor. Around the same time, the Spirit released a statement saying that Trinity would be taking time away from team activities to manage her back issues, and they look forward to welcoming her back once she’s fully healthy. Sadly, even head coach Jonatan Giraldez couldn’t provide any significant update regarding her potential return.

While Rodman seems to be utilizing that time by not only recovering but also spending quality time with Ben Shelton, her domestic team is in quite trouble. The Washington Spirit has lost their last two consecutive games, with more trouble spelling for their manager over a brawl.
