Vidal has been brilliant lately in his 4 seasons with Juventus, triumphing the Serie A title 4 years consecutively as well as helping them to reach the final of last season’s UEFA Champions League where Juve were beaten by Barcelona. The 28-year-old was awarded as Man of the Match when Chile defeated Argentina on penalties to win this year’s Copa America.

He played a key role in every game and is a type of player whose presence is felt in every corner of the pitch. Munich were very anxious to sign in a new central midfield player after the departure Bastian Schweinsteiger to Manchester United, Vidal seems to be the ideal player to replace him and moreover he is familiar with German style of play and atmosphere as he played for Bayer Leverkusen befor joining Juve in 2011.

Vidal is comfortable in moving swiftly from box to box and  is lethal for counter attacks. Vidal has tremendous work-rate, he can tackle, has pace and has reliable ability with his header too. He can be experimented as a false-9, and will bring creativity and variety to the Pep’s side.
