Lightweight sensation Ryan Garcia will seemingly step up for a fight that is relevant in the ongoing title ride. Despite grabbing the WBC Interim strap against Luke Campbell in January, Garcia lost his belt due to inactivity. That said, it could have infused more energy in the 23-year-old.

Reflecting himself as a fan of Marvel’s Spiderman, Ryan Garcia recently channelized his superhero mindset. The undefeated 135 lbs knockout artist revealed a glimpse of his training, where he was spotted hitting the mitts and the punching bag. Ryan Garcia unloaded haymakers in the brief clip and looked fresh before returning to the ring.

The training video had already allured many people, but the caption garnered more attention. Garcia tagged himself as Spiderman and compared his punches with the fiction star’s web-spinning moves. Notably, Garcia also donned a Spiderman-themed shirt in the video.

He wrote, “Ryan Parker just web slinging”

The 135 lbs division has umpteen elites and unbeaten world champions. Hence, there are still doubts remaining about Ryan Garcia’s absolute dominance in the lightweight division. Here’s what Ryan Garcia can opt for on his return.

Garcia had verbally agreed to fight the three-division champion, Gervonta Davis, on his next appearance. However, the matchup looks far from being put on the papers as ‘Tank’ has several mandatory contenders to defend his belts against. Besides, as Ryan Garcia has revealed nothing about a potential comeback date, Gervonta Davis might not offer himself against ‘KingRy’.

Meanwhile, the other world champions (WBC, WBA, WBO, IBF) are also aligned with their respective defenses. Hence, ‘KingRy’ Ryan Garcia might opt for another Interim title fight or non-title bout before leaping towards the bigger names in the lightweight roster. That said, he will still secure a big-name fight on his return to the ring.
