VIDEO: Professional Cyclist Suffers a Brutal Career-Ending Crash as His Body Goes Limp during a Terrifying Downhill Ride

For a pro cyclist, balance and speed must be in harmony for a good ride. Riding down the bumpy road should be done with utmost caution and precision, as any mishap can result in deadly consequences. Watching a cyclist going through rough terrain is an exhilarating experience for the audience. However, if that same ride goes south and morphs into an accident, then it becomes a very chilling video to go through.
A video recently uploaded online shows a cyclist going down the hill on his cycling ride. In between the ride, he loses his balance and his trip goes literally downhill from here on.

The cyclist at the center of this horrific accident is George David Atherton. The video uploaded on the X platform shows him riding down the hill with a bumpy route ahead of him. After making the first jump, he gets off balance and gets thrown off from his cycle. It literally goes downhill from there as he continues to crash down the hill.
Fortunately, the rider was equipped with protective gear, specifically for this purpose. However, gravity defeats everything, so regardless of the protective gear, he gets quite a few bumps on his way down the hill.

Meanwhile, there were many who simply wished him well. They also informed the other viewers that this was a British professional racing cyclist, who specializes in downhill rights, and four-cross mountain bike racing.
