Tied on time with Scotland’s Oscar Onley, the stakes were high for Williams’ cycling win. With the final stage unfolding, the pro rider effectively left his opponents behind as he finished the race in 3 hours, 5 minutes, and 26 seconds. Becoming the first European winner of the Santos Tour since 2013, he did not just break barriers but also revitalized his team’s standing.

Facing relegation in 2022, Williams’ cycling title also signified a triumphant note for the Israel-Premier Tech crew.
