Remember Bruce Lee? The legendary kung-fu master who used to dominate his opponents no matter what their expertise was? Well, it seems his soul could have lent a helping hand to the kung fu practitioner in today’s video. Have you ever thought about what a fight between two fighters from different practices would look like? Well, you don’t have to imagine anymore. Today’s video witnessed a clash between a kung-fu legend and a young MMA fighter. 

The match was, quite expectedly, very much hyped. Both the fighters had fans cheering for each of their victories. However, in the end, things became pretty much lopsided and dampened the mood significantly. What happened in the fight? Who won? Let’s look at analyzing the video below. 

MMA knockout floors Kung-Fu master

The video was uploaded by Fight Haven on Twitter, formerly known as X. In the one-minute and fifteen seconds long clip, we get to witness a bizarre combat bout. A kung-fu master, clad in classic kung-fu attire, was seen standing on a mat, raring to fight. A few seconds later, his opponent, a young guy clad in a black tank top and shorts, emerged from the other corner. As both the fighters finished the pre-game formalities, the arena could be heard buzzing in anticipation. 

As the fight began, the kung fu master looked to be in significant trouble right from the start. He did not look aggressive at all and had difficulty coping with the nimble footedness of the MMA fighter. Taking an aggressive approach, the MMA guy delivered a punch that immediately knocked the master off his feet. The MMA practitioner also carried forward such dominance in the subsequent rounds. 

However, the match reached its peak in the third round as the kung fu master, after getting punched, blacked out and collapsed on the ground. As medical staff rushed in, the master was seen getting escorted inside an ambulance. Although we don’t have an update on the health of the kung fu master, we do hope for a speedy recovery!

Such a bizarre clip garnered a lot of views and fans could not resist commenting.

The video captioned, “A Legendary Kung-Fu Master gets Eliminated by an MMA Fighter…”, received 8.3 million views and more than 17k likes at the time of reporting this incident.

One of the users who seemed not to believe that the man was a Kung Fu master shared his personal opinion in the comment section.

Another user added a similar comment and placed a question in the comment section.

One fan sharing his personal opinion wrote that the fight seemed unfair to him as the MMA fighter looked quite young to the man showing off Kung-fu skills.

While another Twitter user sharing his personal thoughts mentioned that this was not a fight but rather a comedy show.

As MMA reigned supreme in this bout, it must be noted that kung-fu, by no means, is an inferior practice. It all depends on how one can learn the teachings and execute them on a given day. Unfortunately, it was not the day of the kung fu master.
