Marco Bezzecchi eclipsed fellow Ducati rider Francesco Bagnaia in the sprint. But this win didn’t come easy for the Italian rider.
Bagnaia initially prodded Bezzecchi out of the way in the first turn, which led to Red Bull KTM’s Binder moving ahead. Binder then stood at no 2 with Marco standing at number three. Subsequently, Bezzecchi outpaced Binder and then took the lead through his fastest lap. However, he was ahead by merely a second, which was not enough to take the lead. He had to work through the entire 13 laps to win this sprint against Bagnaia.
