“Was Kinda Hard”: Naomi Osaka Runs Us Through Her Wardrobe of 2020

World No. 3 and Japanese born Naomi Osaka has taken the world by storm. Her performances have been exceptional, and she has won quite a few honors in the game. Aged just 23, she possesses a high level of understanding and maturity, which not many players are able to sustain. 

Besides her performances on the tennis courts, Osaka takes a keen interest in her off-court activities too. The Japanese international likes carrying herself in a very fashionable manner. The outfits she’s displayed at the various tennis tournaments have been noteworthy. They’ve been unique, yet they stand out due to her strong presence.

Recently, Osaka posted a number of pictures on Instagram, displaying the numerous outfits that she wore during the last year. She wrote, “2020 but in outfits, which was kinda hard cause I didn’t go anywhere.” 

The tennis star was being slightly sarcastic, considering the state of the world due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The former world no. 1 player also revealed her favorite tennis racket. It was a white Yonex one which she designed herself. She soon went on the win the 2020 US Open, using her own customized racquet.

Naomi Osaka Was Highest-Earning Female Athlete in 2020

Over the years, Osaka has emerged as one of the most marketable athletes in the world. She is a brand ambassador for Japanese automobile manufacturer Nissan. She is also endorsed by Nike. 

The 2020 US Open Champion was the highest-earning female athlete of all time by annual income in 2020. She claimed the 8th spot among all athletes in endorsement income.

Naomi will be seen soon for the Australian Open 2021. She enters familiar territory as she was crowned champion down under in 2019.
