We will soon see the funny side of Andy Murray as he took part in the British game show ‘A League of Their Own’. It is a sports-based comedy game show. And it will feature heavyweights from cricket, football, etc like Andrew Flintoff and Jamie Redknapp.
The show is in its 15th Season and will start on the 20th of August. And Andy Murray will be making his first appearance on the show. Stand-Up comedian Romesh Ranganathan will be the presenter in the show.

Murray recently released a hilarious promo clip of the show. Murray was asked by Ranganathan whether his mother Judy Murray has a crush on Feliciano Lopez. This is about a hilarious tweet Judy had tweeted in 2011 calling Feliciano Lopez ‘Deliciano’.
“Oooooooooh Deliciano……..looking good out there. As always.” Judy tweeted in 2011.
Andy Murray Comments on His Mom and Wife
To this Murray replied sarcastically and funnily and agreed with it. He in turn continued the banter and said that his wife has a crush on Jamie Redknapp, who was sitting right beside Murray. Murray was at his best and was very funny.
“My mum’s got a crush on Feliciano Lopez, yeah. And my wife, unfortunately, has a crush on him which kills me,” Murray said.

Coming on the court, Andy Murray will be participating in the US Open. The former champion at Flushing Meadows was earlier given a wildcard. But due to withdrawals, he directly got into the main draw using his rankings.
Murray has had a rough couple of years. Recurring back injuries have forced the former World No.1 to miss a lot of tennis. Murray was also close to retiring after his loss in the 2020 Australian Open. But now the Brit wants to try to remain fit to participate in the biggest stages at the Grand Slams.
