WATCH: Coco Gauff Makes a Six-Year-Old’s Dream Come True

Brooke, a 6-year-old girl from America dreamed of meeting the rising tennis sensation Coco Gauff. That wish was granted on Tuesday when Gauff virtually met her on social media.

Coco went live from Mouratoglou Tennis Academy’s Instagram account on Tuesday. Moreover, she hosted a question and answer session with her fans and she also incorporated some of her fans on Instagram live.

Subsequently, the 6-year-old fan also got lucky when Coco accepted her request. The girl couldn’t believe that she is talking to Gauff. The kid also forgot her question while talking to her idol. However, her mother reminded her to ask a couple of questions as the two had one of the ‘cutest’ Instagram chat ever.

“You are one of the greatest tennis players ever. I like your forehands and backhands,” said Brooke before asking Gauff what was one of the happiest moments for her in tennis.

“I would say definitely Wimbledon. Those whole two weeks were definitely so much fun for me and also the Australian Open was really fun for me cause that was the first time I got a cheering squad like in a foreign country. So that was really cool for me,” Gauff replied.

Brooke was also curious to know when Gauff started playing tennis and how did she know that she wanted to play tennis.

“My dad put me in all the sports, so I did Basketball, Soccer, Dance. I did almost everything to think of and I liked tennis the most and I used to hit against the garage or outside of my house and that’s how first got into it, ” the American star said.

Then my dad put me in a summer camp and I used to play with all my friends and I used to have so much fun playing tennis. I almost started when I was 6 at your age,” she added.

Since her swift rise on the professional tour, Gauff has certainly been one of the most inspirational athletes in the world. The 16-year-old is on her way up to carve her name in history books of the sport. She will be eager to resume the tour soon and once again enter the top 50, improving her career-high ranking of No.49.
