Conor McGregor became the first-ever UFC two-division champion when he defeated Eddie Alvarez to conquer the lightweight division. Conor would then go on to establish himself as one of the greatest stars the sport has ever seen. He submitted Dave Hill to become the lightweight champion. Then he chased the glory of being a two-division champion by challenging the lightweight champion, Ivan Buchinger.
