A year ago, a major incident involving popular streaming group OfflineTV, shocked the world. The crew involving members like Disguised Toast, Michael Reeves and many more removed content creator Federico “Fedmyster” Gaytan from the team. He was kicked out of the crew after members like LilyPichu, Yvonnie and Pokimane made claims about his inappropriate behavior.

Since then, Fedmyster has disappeared from the internet as he stopped posting videos on his channel. Along with that, he also stopped streaming. But, he has now returned to talk about the incident by acknowledging and apologizing for it.

Fedmyster apologizes to Yvonnie, Pokimane and LilyPichu

In his first stream since the incident, Fedmyster talked about the issue which started it all. The entire stream themed around this problem which has hurt many people from OfflineTV and its legions of fans. Fedmyster mentioned that he wanted to take accountability and acknowledge all the problems that he has caused.

“It’s acknowledgement and accountability, alright.”

He also apologized to the streamers that were deeply affected by it in Yvonnie, LilyPichu and Pokimane. He asked for forgiveness from all of them for making inappropriate advances and making them uncomfortable. Other than that, he also talked about the document that he created about his relationship with Pokimane which he believed that he never should have created.

Fedmyster talks about his future streaming plans

In a video posted on YouTube, Gaytan noted about his experiences and the things he has done to change his life around. Additionally, during the recent stream, he talked about streaming and his plans for the future. He stated that he wanted to bring change by bringing awareness to topics like consent, misogyny and many more that affect women a lot. Gaytan said that he would bring female streamers as guests to educate people about these issues.

“I plan to use my platform to bring more awareness to topics related to women.”

Fans have had mixed reactions to Fedymster’s apology to the OfflineTV members and its fans. Many believe that he doesn’t deserve forgiveness. But some of them are also content with his stream because he acknowledged and took accountability for his actions.
