Fortnite stepped away from all the recent controversy it has faced and gave fans an experience to cherish. The game hosted a virtual concert named ‘Astronomical’, featuring American rapper Travis Scott.  Among the millions attending the concert was popular Twitch streamer Félix “xQc” Lengyel.

Fortnite Provides Fans With a Memorable Experience

Last year, Fortnite was home to a virtual concert featuring Marshmello, which garnered a whopping 10.7 million concurrent players. Travis Scott’s Astronomical absolutely shattered that record with a cool 12.3 million concurrent players in-game for the concert.

However, the real number of people who actually watched the concert must surely be much larger than that. Apart from the 12.3 million in-game attendees, countless others watched it through various streams on Twitch and YouTube as well.
