British MMA fighter Alex Reid certainly knows how to grab the headlines wherever he goes. Reid shocked the entire world during his face-off against Jason Barrett.

During the stare-down, Reid leaned in and kissed Barret, with his opponent fuming after such an obscene gesture.

This proved to be one of the most hilarious moments of the night, as Alex was seen inching closer and closer before kissing his opponent. Reid who is known for his flamboyant behavior was dating Chantelle Houghton back then.

Also, before the stare-down Alex Reid was talking about his love for Houghton and was overjoyed that she was by his side. However, instead of his kissing his beautiful girlfriend, he chose to show his affection for someone else instead.

Jason Barrett was furious after the incident and promised to destroy Reid in the ring. However, Alex would have the last laugh, as he successfully choked out Barret in the first round to secure the victory.

Reid hasn’t fought in nearly 4 years, with his best days likely past him. The British MMA fighter has certainly built an impressive resume and has represented multiple promotions in the past.

Reid was most successful in Extreme Brawl and secured a series of impressive wins in the promotion. He went onto fight in Cage Rage, but his stint was largely unsuccessful as he lost 7 fights in a row. Alex Reid’s last fight came in Bellator, where he lost to Manuel Garcia via unanimous decision.

Alex dove into acting and has taken part in multiple reality shows. His fame peaked when he won Celebrity Big Brother, after securing 65% of the vote.

Alex Reid is certainly an enigma in the MMA world and has entertained fans with his antics for many years.
