Jon Jones, for a couple of weeks now, has been quite frequent with his posts on twitter. He has his moments of rants where he goes all out. And recently, his target has been his boss, Dana White.

Jon Jones has, for a while now, teased a shift to the heavyweight division. Currently fighting as the champion of the light heavyweight division, Jones is quite eager to make the upward shift. He wants to take on Francis Ngannou in a heavyweight clash, but this comes at a price. And is Dana White willing to pay?

No. Dana White has turned down Jon Jones’ request for a price hike. And this is where it all took a turn for the worse. The two have since been locked in a war of words. Jones mainly fought his battle through social media, which included rants and shots at his opponent.

Jones even went to the extent of asking to be released from his contract with the promotion. And he was even okay with leaving his light heavyweight throne vacant, but would no longer put up with the prices he currently receives for his fights. He might opt for a switch to boxing where the pay-outs are significantly higher.

Jon Jones changes things up

But in a pleasant change of scenery, Jones posted something that wasn’t related to this feud. He posted a video of him hitting the gym. The man was deadlifting upwards of 660 lbs. That for sure takes some level of skill and natural beast-like strength.

Vibing off the pump he was getting from of his trainers and the blaring music at the gym, Jones made the lift look like an easy undertaking. Hats off to Jones, that for sure wasn’t as simple as he made it look.
