Subsequently, Nick Kyrgios made fun of his fellow professionals as he decided to show his fans an interesting “9-hours” long workout routine just by using a chair.

Kyrgios is addicted to video games like most of the millennials. The Australian star usually played computer games for a long stretch even during the tennis season was running.

However, with no tennis around due to the COVID-19 lockdown, Kyrgios tends to play video games for around 9 hours. Subsequently, he recommended his fans to try this workout of sitting on the chair until you really feel the “burn”.

“Make sure your legs are doing absolutely nothing” – Nick Kyrgios
“Since all the tennis tour has become a fitness challenge, I’ll show you my fitness program. So what I am going to do is go to my chair,” Kyrgios said in a video posted by him on social media.

“I just want to make sure that you are completely bent 90-degrees. Make sure your legs are doing absolutely nothing. Just sit back on the chair, making sure your body’s doing absolutely nothing. You want to do 6 to 9 hours, so you’ll really feel the burn,” Kyrgios says in the video,” he added.
