Starting off our Easter wishes were the 2 legends of tennis – Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal. Novak posted a romantic video with his wife while Rafael Nadal kept it simple and typed his wishes in Spanish.

Happy Easter to all who are celebrating. While distance might separate you from loved ones today, may the hope of fresh starts and new beginnings unite your hearts across the miles. We will get through this.❤️ #Easter
While all of them were wishing everybody a Happy Easter, I am sure this was not the Easter people would have liked. During this Easter, everyone is stuck in their homes due to the coronavirus pandemic. They also can’t entertain themselves with tennis as the tennis season has been suspended.
The tennis season is officially suspended till July but the season returning by then is now seeming unlikely. This is because the coronavirus pandemic is just getting worse and worse. The suspension which originally was till May was extended till June and then to July. If the situation does not get better soon, it is likely we will not see any tennis this year.
I am sure tennis fans do not want that to happen. They want to see their favorite players playing again. Let’s hope that the vaccines that are undergoing human trials work and we can see the return of the tennis season which will make that happen.
