The video gives a glimpse of the vast plot of land which provides a picturesque view of the mountain range at the back. Seminara showed the cranes and other construction material at the area of the site.

While giving the tour, Seminara speculated the worth of the land to be around $40 million. As the author walked down the street, he came across a few barns right in front of Federer’s property.

Jokingly, Seminara mentioned how Federer might tear down the small buildings and convert them into storage rooms for his trophies instead.
