WATCH: Sofia Kenin Can’t Stop Practicing During the Coronavirus Pandemic

The rapid spread of the ready coronavirus around the world led to the suspension of the tennis tour until at least June 7. Nevertheless, tennis players have to keep themselves fit and stay in shape. Australian Open 2020 champion Sofia Kenin is also trying to stay active and fit for when the tennis season resumes.

With no tennis action until the further announcement, tennis players are spending some quality time with their families while practicing social distancing. World No. 4 Kenin also seems to be enjoying time with her family. However, at the same time, she is keeping herself in fine fettle with some indoor exercise. She is also hitting the court “whenever possible”.

The 21-year-old Kenin has socially isolated herself amidst the coronavirus pandemic in her home. During this dwell time, Sofia is utilizing her time purposely through workouts, practice, cooking and social media.

Earlier, Sonya posted a video of herself in which she is seen showing her fans the exercises she does every day at home in order to stay fit. In her recent post on social media, Sonya is grinding and sharpening her tennis skills on the practice courts.
