Serves in Tennis can exceed 125 mph. And on it’s receiving end is the player but if its an ace then it can hit the line judge or a ball kid. So a similar incident has happened in the 1st round match between Alexander Bublik and Albert Ramos Viñolas at the ATP Hamburg Open.

The incident happened on the last point of the match as Bublik was serving for the match in the 2nd set tiebreaker. He served an ace which unfortunately hit the ball kid. The Kazakh rushed towards the ball kid and consoled her. This act of kindness has gone really well with fans and people have lauded the 23-year old’s actions. After knowing that the ball kid is fine, Bublik offered her the match ball and a fist bump.

Bublik had a good tournament so far as he beat a higher-ranked opponent in Ramos Vinolas in the 1st round. And in the second round he defeated Canadian sensation Felix Auger Aliasime.

The ATP Hamburg Open has seen some huge upsets in its first round itself. Notably, World No.5 and 1st seed at the tournament Daniil Medvedev went down in a disappointing straight-set loss to Ugo Humbert. Further, 3rd seed Gael Monfils lost to Germany’s Yannick Hanfmann. And Kei Nishikori who recently returned from a long term injury succumbed to a straight-set loss against 22nd ranked Cristian Garín.
