CCTV footage catches Conor McGregor

A fan stopped McGregor, attempting to get a picture with the UFC star. McGregor, however, knocked the phone out of his hand. He stamped on it before picking it up and leaving with the $1000 (760 euro) phone.

McGregor faced charges of strong-armed robbery and misdemeanor criminal mischief. The Florida prosecutors dropped all charges against the MMA star. State prosecutors said that the alleged victim had gone abroad and stopped co-operating with the police. McGregor had supposedly already settled a civil lawsuit with the victim out of court.

The video is from a CCTV camera that captured the fighter getting involved in the altercation outside the hotel. Here is where the fame proved to be a con when the video went viral and the fighter faced a lot of criticism and backlash from fans.
