I am sure Xisca who was Rafa’s girlfriend then will no longer be a ‘wild card’. This is because Rafa and Xisca got married in October of 2019. Xisca is now always going to be there at every single one of Rafa’s matches no matter where it is. She won’t have to for a while because the ATP tour has been suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic.

This is will definitely cause tennis fans to wonder – when are we going to see tennis again? Unfortunately, there is no clear answer because the suspension was extended twice. As of now, you can expect the tour to return in July assuming the situation with the virus is under control by then.

When the tour returns then, we can expect Rafa to chase his 20th grand slam title to match his great rival – Roger Federer. When he does, we can expect Xisca to be there not as ‘wild card’.
