The green grass at Wimbledon has been unfortunate to Nicholas Mahut. In 2010, he played the longest match against John Isner, which lasted almost for three days (11 hours and 5 minutes) and he landed up losing to the American giant, with 70-68 score in the final set.

This year, he was not given a wild card in the singles draw and he conceded a defeat in the opening round of the qualifiers. And his long-term doubles partner, Pierre-Hugues Herbert, collaborated with Britain’s Andy Murray for the gentlemen’s doubles event at Wimbledon Championships 2019.
