Spain has suffered a lot as the COVID-19 disease swept through the nation. In such grim times, a nation yearns for a leader, and Spain had to look no further than Rafael Nadal. In an online social media interview, David Ferrer was all praises for the wonderful.
After Italy, it was Spain that had to bear the brunt of the COVID-19. With thousands dead and even more affected, the situation was dire. The country was running low on a lot of equipment and panic had started to thrive.
In such situations, most people are too afraid to think straight, to stand up and take the initiative. Rafael Nadal is not most men. Realizing the need of the hour, he took it upon himself to urge his fellow Spaniards to help raise $12 million to give the Red Cross some help.

“Rafa should be a mandatory subject so that kids would know and study what Rafa means for the sports world. But also the way one should carry themselves day by day, the person, the values he portrays outside the court. He really should be a mandatory subject.”
