Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green is a three-time NBA champion and a three-time NBA all-star, who is yet to get married. But he is engaged to his girlfriend Hazel Renee. In February 2019, it was reported Green proposed to Renee with a $300,000 diamond ring.

The NBA star’s proposal involved a helicopter and yacht, which would have made Renne feel like the “luckiest girl in the world.”

Who is Hazel Renne?

Born on March 31, 1986, Renee is an American actress, recording artist, and TV personality. Her mother hails from Puerto Rico, while her father is from the US. Her first gig as an actress came in 2013 when she joined David Tinsley- the wedding Tour as a cast member for a webisode.

Renee’s patience and hard were rewarded four years later in 2017 when she got her first significant role in Season 3 of the FOX TV Series Empire. Her most notable appearances came in Episode 12 and 13 of the show. During the same year, she also joined the Bravo reality show, The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Her relationship with Draymond could have helped her to get a role in the VH1 reality series Basketball Wives in a recurring role.

The couple has been extremely open about their affection for each other. For Green’s first birthday following his proposal to Hazel, she wished him via a lengthy but emotional Instagram post. They have multiple posts dedicated to each other on their Instagram profiles.

Both Green and Renee have a child from their previous relationships. Renee has a daughter called Oliver Jay, while Green has a son called Draymond Green Jr. But they have raised them as their own, and one can see that through Renee’s affectionate post for Green Jr’s birthday. The couple welcomed the fifth member of their member, their first child together, in October 2020.
