The American golf star Will Zalatoris is married to the beautiful Caitlin Sellers. The 25-year-old woman celebrates her birthday on July 29. Sellers boasts two degrees: one in psychology from Wake Forest, and the other is a master’s from the University of Texas. She then further chose her career as a marketing investigator and is currently working in Texas. 

For the PGA golfer, his wife has been a supportive pillar throughout his career and also won the place as his best friend. On one hand, Zalatoris keeps his private life under the radar; on the other, he occasionally shares pictures with his sweetheart on social media to celebrate their relationship. However, Caitlin Sellers while active on Instagram, prefers to keep her account private. 

Certainly, they give off the vibe of a power couple! But how did Zalatoris meet about his better half?

 Zalatoris and Caitlin have been dating since 2018 after meeting at Wake Forest College, as reported by Golf Monthly. 

However, just after finishing the course, Sellers went to the University of Texas to complete her Master’s, and the young American golfer continued to date the love of his life and ended up being her husband. They tied the knot in a private wedding ceremony in December 2022. In a beautiful Instagram feed, Zalatoris posted, “I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with my best friend.”

The whole news didn’t come as a surprise to the fans, as the couple had been planning their wedding for a while. Being the wife of a golf star, Sellers keeps herself very much out of the public eye and away from golfing events. However, she has been spotted at Zalatoris’ golf tournaments regularly to cheer for him. For instance, she was present at the TPC Colorado Championship, where Zalatoris won back in 2020. Recently, Zalatoris shared how his partner asked him a hilarious question in the midst of one of his championships.

In August 2022, while the couple was enjoying their engaged life, Caitlin Sellers innocently shot an unexpected question to Zalatoris during his first round at the FedEx St. Jude Championship. Zalatoris shared in an interview. “I kind of had a hilarious conversation with my fiancee about it because she asked me on Thursday night what my plans were if I didn’t make the weekend,” Zalatoris said. Justifying it further, he added, “She meant that in all good fun.”

Asking a pro golfer what his plans are for the weekend when he is working on Thursday and Friday in hopes of working more on the weekend is certainly a choice. Answering a follow-up question by the reporter, Zalatoris said, “I told her, let’s cross that bridge when we get there,” proving that he had a sense of humor amidst the intense competition. 

The couple visited Wimbledon together in 2023, which was labeled as a bucket list day by Zalatoris on his social media post. It seems like Sellers is indeed his best friend, and they appear a beautiful bond together. Fans expect them to keep sharing their journey as a team. The couple has no children as of now and are enjoying their lives, focusing on their careers and each other.
