Caitlin Clark sent Annika Pro-Am attendance to the moon last year.  According to Scott Agnes of Field House Files, the “her presence last year led to an increase in attendance of more than 1,200%.” The Golf Channel expanded its coverage around Caitlin Clark, including her warm-up, highlights, and live look-ins. A similar crowd is expected to be closely watching Clark as she returns to the tournament in 2025. This time, she is back with style.

Clark is playing her first nine holes alongside 15-time LPGA Tour winner and former Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings No. 1 Nelly Korda and then takes on Pelican’s back nine with sponsor exemption Lauryn Nguyen. However, before she tees off, Clark revealed a special All-Nike outfit that included an announcement of a future Caitlin Clark Golf PE.

“So, I’m wearing clothes, and I got these nice golf pants. I like them because they’re kind of jogger-ish. I got these Eastside golf shoes. The blue is on the bottom. My newest golf P.E.s are a work in progress. I need them to be perfect, so that’s why I’m not wearing them right now. And then I have this beautiful baby blue, a little cropped sweater thing,” Clark explained, pointing at each piece of the outfit as she went along, “On this side, we have the CC logo, so that’s pretty cool. And then the white polo underneath, it has a CC logo on the side too. And a hat, of course.”

Since Clark is the “Nike signature athlete”, almost every appearance includes Nike gear to the same extent. However, when the attention is highest, like at the Pro-Am, Nike provided Clark with everything she needed. Even in non-sport environments, Clark prefers comfort over flashiness, and Nike provides the perfect option. On the golf course, the athletic gear was a premier requirement. Fans went wild for CC’s fit at the marquee event, flooding her with instant praise.

Fans Lose It Over Caitlin Clark’s ANNIKA Pro‑Am Fit

“Caitlin Clark’s custom golf look blends street style with the course—those jogger-ish pants and Eastside shoes with blue accents scream her Indiana Fever flair. Can’t wait to see the finished PE’s! 🏌️‍♀️🔥 #WNBA” Wrote a fan. Caitlin has had several player editions released in recent weeks, with most being the Nike Kobe 6 Protro “Caitlin Clark”.

Those have been a hit on the market, with many fans unable to grab a pair, and have also been seen on several NBA stars during the 2025-26 season, like Jalen Brunson of the New York Knicks. Even Christian Brown was wearing Clark PEs in the same game. It seems Nike has taken notice of Clark’s success in the Golf market and is capitalising on it.

This is Clark’s third Golf tournament as an amateur. And her fans clearly don’t care if she is playing basketball or Golf, they keep showing up. Clark’s value increased further for Nike. Her $28 million contract for 8 years seems even more undervalued after this extension. However, Clark might get more perks from Nike because of this.

“My goat is acting a little shy and a little sheepish 😭😭😭,” Wrote a fan. Caitlin Clark is fiery and competitive on the court, but off it? She is almost the complete opposite. Clark is often described as a comedian and is candid off-court.  “I feel like a lot of people don’t realize like how goofy I actually am,” Clark said in an interview.

It doesn’t seem Clark cares much about her outfits. In 2024, she admitted to wearing whatever her stylist, Zgirdea, tells her to wear, which “makes it easy to show up for games.” Maybe that could be the reason for the little reserved nature of Clark in this video. Or, she could just be nervous regarding her performance at the Pro-Am. Remember, she is an amateur there as compared to the professional in the WNBA.

“Love the CC logo. This was one of my favorite things about it. It has so much potential,” implored a fan. When the logo with the interlocked Cs first came out, it had mixed reactions. Some called it a rip-off of the Channel Logo and too mechanical. Others thought it perfectly represented CC. However, as it’s appearing in Clark merchandise and kicks, it’s gaining some support. While many focused on Clark’s fit, this fan pointed out Clark’s words regarding the future Golf PE’s as evidence of the grand delay regarding her signature shoes.

“Y’all shocked her shoe isn’t out and she is worried about her golf pe being perfect. I can’t imagine how much time she’s putting into her own signature shoe,” pointed out her fan. Clark is working closely with her team at Nike for her signature shoe, which is expected next year. Naturally, that is the biggest project of Clark’s career so far, and she would be taking it step by step and getting everything just right.

She is a perfectionist who prefers getting the right product out instead of being early. Even Nike wants to take their time and opts for that attitude. “There’s just testing processes and marketing campaigns – the boring behind-the-scenes part that takes sometimes that long,” Sneaker insider Nick DePaula said earlier. “So I think they want to get it right and want to get to next spring. I’m expecting it to be pretty successful out of the gate.” The shoe is expected to be a $100 million business for Nike, according to Paula. Meantime, we are getting multiple player editions and merchandise from Nike every few months.
