“BENCH MOB WILL BE EVEN MORE ROWDY TOMORROW LET’S GOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!”Caitlin Clark wrote after she got fined $200 for her Instagram comment, ‘the refs couldn’t stop us. ‘ And the ‘mob’ sure has many participants. Indiana’s injury-ridden bench is their ultimate 6th woman, and who is their leader? Of course, it’s Clark and Sophie Cunningham. Heading back to their ‘house’ in game three, they were bound to be even more excited than usual.

Caitlin Clark and Cunningham started with their cheering even before the tip-off. Clark and Cunningham hyped up Gainbridge Fieldhouse, dancing to the music and waving the jersey as the crowd roared to life. The fans in Indiana always show up for the Fever, but with their two favourite players leading the charge, the noise is always multiplied.

This is not the first time we have seen Clark’s moves, as she was seen busting out “Footloose” like moves before their Atlanta Dream Game 2. Clark was clearly hyped for the crucial Game 3. So much so that she even chest-bumped head coach Stephanie White after the pregame huddle while hyping up the team and the fans.
The duo is not only a rallying point for the fans, but Indiana’s cavalry against the referees. During the September 19 episode of her ‘Show Me Something’ podcast, Cunningham confessed, “I’m there just to kind of talk some s— to the refs, talk some s— to the other team, really pour into my teammates for real. Like I want them to be confident because that’s when everyone’s at their best, and it’s just more fun.”

Cunningham brings her trash talk while Clark brings her black Nike Air Force 1s, which have become a running superstition among Fever fandom. That pair suffered its first loss in Game 2 after three consecutive wins. 3-1 isn’t a bad record. However, before Game 3, Clark was spotted in grey Nike Air Force 1s. The Indiana Fever star has been on the sidelines for almost every Fever game during her rehabilitation. Continuing that, she is missing a major honour, just to attend Game 3.
Caitlin Clark Misses A Hall Of Fame Honour To Attend Game 3
There is no I in team. I am sure you have heard this saying multiple times, but as you jump levels, it fades into the background. Not for Caitlin Clark, she is all about her team rather than herself, and the latest gesture is a perfect representation. The Indiana Fever is becoming a Hall of Famer on Friday night, unfortunately, it fell on the same time as the Indiana Fever’s Game 3 against the Aces, so of course, it’s bye-bye ceremony.
The Dowling Catholic High School in Iowa, where Clark first earned the headlines and formed the base of what has been an incredible career, announced she was part of the 2025 Athletic Hall of Fame class. The induction ceremony was set for 6:15 pm CT ( 7:15 pm ET )ahead of their homecoming football game. However, the Game 3 tipped off at 7:30 p.m. ET, and Clark chose to be cheering for her girls rather than being honored at her school. One might quip that even Clark’s alma mater didn’t see the Fever crashing the semifinals.

“Caitlin is a great example for anyone when it comes to dreaming big and putting in the work to accomplish your dreams. She is also a great representative of Dowling Catholic High School, the state of Iowa, and women’s basketball,” Dowling girls basketball coach Kristin Meyer had said in the announcement. And this decision just makes that statement more true. While her absence is still affecting the Fever on the court, Clark is giving her all from the sidelines.
