The NBA All-Star Game 2024 culminated last night at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. On the night, the Eastern Conference, rather notably, set the highest-scoring performance by a team, defeating the Western Conference with a score of 211-186. Damian Lillard led the game with 39 points, which earned him the MVP title, and Karl-Anthony Towns became the leading scorer with 50 points.

As it happens, the best the NBA has to offer showcased their flashiest kicks at the All-Star Weekend. Celebrating the sport of basketball, the NBA All-Star Game 2024 is going to be remembered for its record-breaking performances, however, WNBA star Candace Parker also added to the excitement, bringing a tad bit of sparkle on the stage.

Candace Parker is dazzling in her recent Instagram stories, as she is pictured walking up and down the stage donning a pair of glitter pants. More to the amusement of her teammates present at the event, A’ja Wilson calls out to Parker with her all-time fan-favorite style of humor as she spins the camera. She says, “Look who it is!!!….c’mon glitter pants, shimmer shimmer,” hyping her in her sparkling outfit.

And so I think the fan of the game, and the childhood Candace is—I have to pinch myself to believe that I’m doing it and that I’m able to have a courtside seat to see the best players in the world,” said Parker in conversation with Sports Illustrated.

It is, however, not unusual for Parker to be on the other side, as she is used to being the first one to do many things.
