The defending champions, the New York Liberty, will be taking on the Indiana Fever team led by second-year superstar Caitlin Clark. Both teams are enjoying a splendid start to the season, as the showdown between the two star-studded rosters is expected to garner national spotlight tonight. Coming off an 81-76 win over the Atlanta Dream, Clark and Co. will be hoping to get the job done tonight against New York. However, before we head to the proceedings in the court, it seems that the Fever star has already won the tunnel battle. 

Usually, we spot athletes with sneakers and athletic staples when they arrive inside the arena. However, Caitlin Clark seems to be redefining that cliche, with her stunning choice of outfits. As the 23-year-old guard walked inside the Gainbridge Fieldhouse, she turned several heads. Why? You might wonder. Well, Clark was seen wearing a clean Prada outfit entering for this much-anticipated clash with the Liberty. The Indiana guard wore a white crop top along with pleated Khaki pants and Prada heels. To top it all off, she completed her look with a black Prada sling bag. Some outfit that is, that too, from the $8.3 billion brand! You don’t see hoopers turn up with this much class. 

Then again, Caitlin Clark isn’t cut from the same cloth as everyone else. While this look turned heads inside the arena, this isn’t her first rodeo. The 23-year-old WNBA superstar has been making statements with her tunnel fits throughout this season. Just this Thursday, Clark turned up donning a khaki twill trench with a matching sailor skirt with side-buttons and a red cropped shirt. Moreover, she was wearing Prada heels. You might think: What’s her connection with the luxury brand? Well, last year, she became the first WNBA player ever to be dressed by Prada for the draft. 

“I wanted to take Caitlin’s natural flair and bold playing style from the court to the orange carpet.” Stylist Adri Zguedea explained. So, the brand and Clark’s allegiance go back. Nonetheless, this has sent the fans into a frenzy as they cannot get enough of Clark’s classy look before their matchup with the Liberty. “This look is 🔥for her! Casual, cool, confident.” A fan commented on the Indiana Fever’s post, which showed Clark entering the arena. They suggested that the Fever star’s look was fierce and made her look confident and cool. Recently, she even wore custom silver Nike Kobe 5 Protro sneakers during a matchup, which were the talk of the town. However, we are now focused on her elegant look as she and the Fever gear up to face New York. As one fan thinks that she is all set to drop an impressive performance tonight after seeing her fit. “Prada CC might go for 30 and 10 today…” The fan commented. Well, that could be the case, as the Fever guard is in red-hot form, averaging 19.3 points and 9 assists in this young season.
