Tom Brady is awestruck by A’ja Wilson’s achievement
A’ja Wilson cast a magic spell this season. The Aces captain dominated the whole league singlehandedly. She went on to pursue every single record of greatness as she thrived in the “GOAT” status of the league in the future. Despite her final performance, the career-high against Atlanta Dream was the most memorable one.
Wilson lately appeared in the Jennifer Hudson Show to talk about her stellar performance in the league and Tom Brady’s relationship with the team. The 7X Super Bowl champion was so humble, as he motivated the girls in every possible way. A’ja Wilson shared a memoir of her conversation with Brady on the podcast.
She discussed her 53-point performance against the Atlanta Dream, which stunned Tom Brady, who said he had never done anything like it in his NFL career. “Oh No! I’ve never done something like that before.”
A’ja was overjoyed to be recognized by someone who was a legend in his sport. “It is super cool to see someone like that cater to us.”
Wilson’s dreamy record against The Dream
The Las Vegas Aces defeated the Atlanta Dream 112-100, with A’ja Wilson taking center stage. In a 112-100 victory over the Dream, Wilson scored 53 points, tying the WNBA scoring record in the process.

She successfully aced four free throws in the last minute of the game to reach such a record. Wilson credited the whole team with achieving this. She is the third player in the league to cross 50 points in a game.
