From high-fashion tunnel outfits to quiet walks on the beach with her dog, Olive, Cameron Brink is officially switching off from basketball mode. Following a demanding season with the Los Angeles Sparks, the 24-year-old forward gave fans a rare, relaxed look into her personal life on social media. And it did not take long for her fellow WNBA stars and fans to take notice.

For Brink, this offseason reset comes at a crucial moment. After spending months pushing through heavy game schedules and tough team losses, sharing these quiet personal milestones marks a fresh chapter for her public image. It shows a young athlete taking a breather, stepping away from the intense court lights, and simply enjoying life as a regular 24-year-old.

The Instagram post quickly gathered several likes, and among them were Minnesota Lynx star and Rookie of the Year Olivia Miles, Chicago Sky guard Kate Martin, Indiana Fever veteran Lexie Hull, Connecticut Sun forward Aaliyah Edwards, and many more. Even Malika Andrews, who covers the WNBA for ESPN, dropped a like on the post.

Cameron Brink, who is something of a fashion icon in the W, turned heads with some of her outfits in the tunnel this season, and her Instagram post was no different. The post also made its way beyond the WNBA, with former college star Haley Cavinder and former California Golden Bears guard Mia Mastrov reacting to the post.

Some WNBA stars even dropped comments under the post in appreciation of Cameron Brink. One such comment came from Brink’s own Sparks teammate, guard Chance Gray. “Adorbs,” she wrote.

While neither Olivia Miles nor Kate Martin dropped written comments under the post, their quick double-taps alongside thousands of fans were more than enough to set WNBA social media buzzing. Between the cozy beach shots and high-fashion looks, Brink’s offseason dump easily turned heads online, showing just how much attention she commands even when off the court.

The post also prominently featured Cameron Brink’s fiancé, Ben Felter. The two met when they were both students at Stanford University and began dating in March 2021. This was followed by an engagement in September 2024 after Felter proposed to the Sparks star at the Shangri-La Paris Hotel.

Felter didn’t ask out Brink how one traditionally would. Instead, he opted for an email, which included his number.

“Hey Cameron, wanted to chat you up but I think dms are a bit creepy,” wrote the rower. “Not that an email is much better, so here’s my number.”

While the Sparks endured a tough 16-28 campaign and missed out on the postseason, Brink herself delivered plenty of bright spots on the floor. In her second WNBA season, the 24-year-old forward re-established her spot among the league’s top rim-protectors, posting a career-high 9.5 points and a team-best 1.8 blocks per game.

As Los Angeles looks ahead to resetting its roster for next year, Brink’s growth remains central to the team’s future. But for now, with the sneakers put away, she is simply enjoying the warmth from her friends, fans, and fellow players across the W.
