Shyanne Seller had an outstanding college career at Maryland. The Golden State Valkyries drafted her in the 2025 WNBA as the 17th overall pick. Valkyries general manager Ohemaa Nyanin said on the draft night that, “We were surprised Shyanne was available at 17. Her versatility excites us because it gives us an opportunity to slide her in another position or another.”
