Caitlin Clark is having quite an enthralling time with the Indiana Fevers. After the rigorous practice sessions with the rest of her teammates, the 6 ft guard now went to the other side and enjoyed being a spectator. She paid a visit to the Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Friday to get some NBA Playoffs action. However, an interaction during the game created quite a buzz on social media.

The No.1 overall pick of the 2024 WNBA Draft, Clark enjoyed some off-court privileges when she showed up for the game between the Indiana Pacers and the Milwaukee Bucks. Accompanied by Aliyah Boston and Erica Wheeler, the 2x National Player of the Year was involved in a lot of activities throughout the night.

From revving up the engines for the Pacers to throwing t-shirts into the crowds, the wild night had many episodes that made it a memorable occasion for Caitlin Clark. To cap it all off, the crazy finish to the game where an overtime game-winner by Tyrese Haliburton secured a win for the Pacers made her evening perfect.

Anyhow, there was another viral moment that managed to scare her supporters for a while. During the game, a fan asked for Caitlin’s autograph on her ultrasound. Delighted by this gesture, the NCAA Division I all-time leading scorer wasted no time in happily obliging to her request. Following this, the official page of Indiana Fever shared this special fan moment on Instagram.

However, it resulted in some very crazy reactions directed toward a hypothetical scenario of her pregnancy.

Fans couldn’t digest this scenario ahead of her WNBA Debut in a few weeks

The post started to receive a flood of comments as soon as it was shared. While most applauded her actions, there were also some very wild misconceptions. One of the Instagram users expressed how frightening the whole incident was. He wrote, “Scared tf outta me.”

Similarly, one well-wisher went as far as suggesting that how she getting pregnant won’t be good for her career right now. With fans eagerly waiting for her WNBA debut, this might have put a spanner in their works. Tagging Clark, he posted, “sheesh I thought you were Prego which wouldn’t be good for your career right now. Maybe in a few years omg I was scared.”

Meanwhile, some made predictions that the parent can name the newborn Caitlin Clark if she is a girl. The Iowa Hawkeyes icon has already established her status as one of the biggest women athletes in the country. So why wouldn’t anyone want to name their kid after the 22-year-old? The comment was, That baby is gonna be named Caitlin if it’s a girl.”

Further, people were also appreciative of the fan-friendly skills of Caitlin Clark. An old supporter wished her well for her future at the Indiana Fever while commending her personality. Clark’s Indiana jersey sold out within minutes of going on sale a few weeks ago. It goes to show her popularity among the basketball enthusiasts.

The Instagram user wrote, “I say @caitlinclark22 is the most fan friendly professional athlete (especially with kids) since the baseball immortal Babe Ruth in the 1920s and ’30s I’ve never saw somebody with such fan rapport in my 72 years until Caitlin. Good luck to both her and the @indianafever this season.”

The reception that Caitlin Clark is getting in her new franchise is truly amazing. Likewise, she is extending the same courtesy to every one of her admirers. Clearly, both Clark and the fans are delighted with this association.
