WNBA action just hit the road with two enticing pre-season games. This also means that the two-time defending champions will soon be seen in action. The Aces will lock horns with the Puerto Rico National Team on Saturday, May 11 in their pre-season fixture. However, before things started to get serious, the core of the team which comprises A’ja Wilson, Jackie Young, Kelsey Plum, and Chelsea Gray decided to have some fun.

The Aces recently concluded an enthralling segment of their media day. Filled with almost all the superstars from their locker room along with some fresh faces, the consecutive champions had an energetic experience at the event. However, the segment that went viral was the dance circle in which the team’s No. 0 Jackie Young had something special. Seemingly, she decided to do a handstand in front of all those who were present over there. Just like on the basketball court, she received some assistance from the 2023 WNBA Finals MVP A’ja Wilson to maintain her balance.

In addition to this, her teammates present which included Kelsey Plum, Chelsea Gray, and Kiah Stokes were seen dancing around her. Soon after this video was released by the official Instagram page of the Aces captioned, “Handstand Jack”, their fans couldn’t help but admire this special moment. Additionally, they also have a special demand. 

Fans gush over the bond between A’ja Wilson and Co.

The post received a variety of reactions very quickly. One of them pointed out the unseriousness of the lot and rooted for A’ja Wilson and Co. to make it three championships in a row. The comment read, “Very unserious and watch them get a 3-peat.” 

Meanwhile, there were also some queries on how they are getting Jackie Young to perform the handstand. One of their fans commented, “How on earth did yall get Jackie to do this.”

Also, some loved the amazing chemistry that this champion squad was displaying on a public platform. An Instagram user noticed that and wrote, ” The chemistry of this team only got stronger plus the talent is there, this is a 3peat team !!!! Let’s go Aces !!!”

One of the Jackie Young supporters humorously displayed some frustration in the comment. Although, the fan also commented on the camaraderie and added a quote from the Ace’s latest documentary. The fan said, “What have ya’ll done to JaYo? 😂😂😂 I just love ya’ll camaraderie. Aces vs Everybody.”

Further, there were also some people who were having a hard time believing that Young agreed to do it. One of them expressed, “I can’t believe Jackie agreed to that.” 

There is no denying that Aces will be one of the firm favorites for the title. Along with all confidence, there will also be a great deal of pressure put by the fans on A’ja Wilson and the rest. Hopefully, they can cope with all that just like they did in the previous season.
