Kalani Brown’s College and Professional Career

While Brown is earning big, that comes from the experience she’s got as an exceptional athlete. The basis for what she’s today was laid back during her collegiate basketball run. She scored 2,392 points, 1,471 rebounds, and 605 blocked shots to become Salman High School Spartans’ all-time leader in all three categories.

As she ended her high school career as an all-time leader in scoring, rebounds, and blocked shots, she got recruited by Baylor University. She got to play all 38 games, dishing out 9.3 points with 4.3 rebounds during her freshman year. But the real glimpse of dominance came in her junior season.

She had 20.1 points with 10.2 rebounds per game and even recorded 18 double-doubles that season. As she moved into her senior year, she was added to Team USA’s U16 Women’s National Basketball Team. She won the 2014 FIBA Americas U16 Championship and the NCAA Championship in her senior year, too.
