Kierstan Bell’s journey in navigating the WNBA has seldom been easy. As she recalled, the Las Vegas Aces star once asked her mom, “What am I doing wrong? Why is life so hard?” She even questioned if she was good enough. By September 2025, staunch support from her teammates and inner circle, along with an enhanced on-court role with the Aces, has turned around both Bell’s performance and confidence. Her average scoring went up from 2.8 points per game in the 2024 season to 4.2 points per game in the 2025 season. As Jackie Young said,“It’s cool to look at her now and see how far she’s come”.

Kierstan Bell’s College and Professional Career

According to the 2019 ESPN HoopGurlz Recruiting Rankings, Kierstan Bell was rated as the 8th-best overall recruit in the nation during her days at Canton McKinley High School. This, and her high school stats, resulted in an offer from Ohio State, which Bell accepted.

In the sole season she played for the Ohio State Buckeyes, Bell appeared in 30 games, started in 10, and averaged 10.9 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 1.6 assists. On the shooting front, she averaged 4.2-10.6 (39.4%) field goals, 1.9-5.9 (31.8%) 3-pointers, and 0.7-1.0 (66.7%) free throws. Overall, she tallied 19 games with 10-plus points and posted a pair of double-doubles. In just one season, Bell left a mark by being named as an Honorable Mention in the All-Big Ten, named to the Big Ten All-Freshmen Team, named Big Ten Freshman of the Week on three occasions, and led OSU in 3-point field goals, which was also the 9th-most in the Big Ten.

In 2020, Bell transferred to the Florida Gulf Coast Eagles women’s basketball team. Her performance saw a major jump during her Sophomore season, as the shooting guard averaged 24.3 points, 10.6 rebounds, and 2.7 assists. Her efforts helped in the production of the best season in program history for the Eagles. Bell earned several accolades, including ASUN Player of the Year (unanimous), ASUN Newcomer of the Year (unanimous), and was even named to the First Team All-ASUN (unanimous). Before she began her Junior season, Bell was named the 16th-best women’s college basketball player for the 2021–22 season.

Kierstan Bell didn’t perform as well as she did in her Sophomore year. However, she did average 22.8 points, 7.3 rebounds, and 2.5 assists. All of this played a major role in making Bell the 11th overall pick in the 2022 WNBA Draft. The rest, as they say, is history.

Kierstan Bell’s Brand Endorsements

Back in 2024, Kierstan Bell signed with the underwear brand ‘Woxer’. According to reports, ‘Woxer’ signed the Aces star, along with Natasha Cloud and Natasha Howard, after they were left out of the league’s Skims campaign.
