After more than a year of mounting criticism, Nike appears to have finally responded. Since signing Caitlin Clark, the brand has frequently been accused of underselling its biggest women’s basketball star. However, step by step, that is changing. In August, Clark was unveiled as the Nike signature athlete along with her signature logo and a merchandise collection. A Pro-Am appearance also revealed that Clark and Nike are working on a golf Player Edition.

The advertisement, titled ‘From Anywhere’, shows Clark shutting down doubters by hitting shots from virtually anywhere on the court. The skeptics are played by superstars. It includes Clark’s former Iowa coach, Lisa Bluder, along with popular rapper Travis Scott, stand-up comedian Michael Che, and the Kelce brothers.
Along with the advertisement, Nike has made some other branding efforts as well. They released a new line of her merchandise in Midnight Navy and University Red. The brand sent out a special package that included a Clark customised hoop, a basketball, and a bracelet with ‘From Anywhere’ carved on it. With Nike stepping up its game regarding Caitlin Clark, let’s explore when her signature shoes might launch.

When Will Nike Release Caitlin Clark’s Signature Shoes?
Nike has already released multiple Clark PE’s from the Kobe 5 and Kobe 6 Protro. The Indiana Fever colorway retailed for $190 and incorporated the colors of her team, including blue, red, and gold. They were sold out within minutes and were sold for more than twice on resale sites. The Kobe 6 Protro PE’s released later on had a similar fate. Her signature is set to launch next year.
“Her first signature shoe and apparel collection will debut in 2026,” mentioned the announcement, which made Clark a signature Nike Athlete. The brand and Clark doubled down in the past month. “Tune in👀 Logo collection coming soon. Signature product dropping 2026,” said a caption of a post from Clark and Nike in November. According to Sneaker Insider Nick DePaula, the signature shoe “is expected to launch in Spring 2026.”

Caitlin Clark’s anticipated Nike signature shoe is expected to launch in Spring 2026.
“Nike’s signature roster features all-time greats, and I am incredibly proud to join some of the best athletes in the world. I’m excited to share a first look at what we’ve created together.” https://t.co/m2SDtul3z9 pic.twitter.com/woXpn6R88T

Nike CEO Elliott Hill was also asked about this during a November 15 interview with the Wall Street Journal. “That shoe’s coming,” Hill said before adding, “We’re gonna continue to invest in our women’s business. We’ve had a great response to the logo we’ve created for Caitlin. Clark has been a tremendous person to work with, and we want to make sure that we have everything from her logo to the product exactly the way she wants it before we launch it.”

That is probably due to the stakes on the signature shoe and Clark’s perfectionist nature. Even when announcing the Golf PE, she said, “My newest golf P.E.s are a work in progress. I need them to be perfect, so that’s why I’m not wearing them right now.” That will be amplified in the biggest release of her career.

DePaula has predicted that Clark’s signature shoe will bring in 9-digit worth of business. “I think when Caitlin’s shoe comes out, it can be a $100 million business,” DePaula told Front Office Sports. “It could become a top-five signature franchise across basketball.” Many have compared Michael Jordan and his brand to a blueprint for Clark with Nike.
