Cam’Ron Nazir Fletcher was born on July 10, 2002, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Tamika Fletcher and Michael Henderson. He is said to be named after the famous rapper of the same moniker, who is also sometimes referred to as Killa Cam. Fletcher attended Vashon High School in St. Louis, averaging 20.6 points, 9.8 rebounds, and 2.7 blocks per game. He would also lead his team to the semifinals before the pandemic disrupted the path. Nonetheless, after a fairly successful run, the forward found his next home at the University of Kentucky.  

During his freshman year, however, his role was limited with the team. Then, following an incident in the locker room, he did not play for the majority of the season. So Fletcher soon transferred to Florida State University and was on track for a steady college career before he suffered major setbacks with back-to-back season-ending injuries. So after 46 games in 3 years, he transferred to Xavier University for the 2024-25 season. 

However, he wasn’t to have much luck there either. The forward played 11 games and started none. All in all, Fletcher played 66 games for 5 years in college after suffering many devastating injuries. Fletcher has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Social Science and is working on a Master’s Degree in Sports Administration. But he isn’t done with basketball yet. For the 2025-26 season, he has committed to High Point.
