The Las Vegas Aces have taken home the silverware and their captain A’ja Wilson was under all eyes during the victory parade. Wearing the MVP voting tally, Wilson made a point that she too deserved to win the MVP contest.

But beyond her outfit statement, A’ja Wilson is a brand ambassador whose off the court worth is only growing. And the latest crown has only added more value to it.

A’ja Wilson plied her trade for the South Carolina Gamecocks from 2015 to 2018 season before being drafted as the first overall by the Las Vegas Aces in 2018. As of 2022, her salary with the Aces was $196,267 while it peaked during the 2023 season at $202,155. In addition to a heavy salary, Wilson has endorsement contracts with Nike, Coca-Cola, and State Farm.

As per The State, Wilson had signed a deal with the sporting giant – Nike in 2018. Wilson had previously sported Under Armour apparel when playing for the Gamecocks in college. But her first significant deal came with Nike. She was also gifted a year of Chipotle by the Las Vegas radio station.

As per Yahoo News, in August 2022 Wilson became the first women athlete to be signed by the WNBA’s official Chips brand – Ruffles. With this achievement she joined a roster full of stars namely – LeBron James, Anthony Davis, and Jayson Tatum. As per Forbes, the South Carolina-born also became the first WNBA star to ink a deal with Mountain Dew.

As per Web Story, the 27-year-old has also appeared on television shows that have contributed to her mass following and helped grow her personal brand. Wilson was a contestant during the 29th season of Dancing with the Stars apart from gracing the stage on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

As per Boardroom, Wilson along with her mother founded the Burnt Wax Candle Company in 2021. The candles were priced at approximately $40 at that time and were named after her numerous accomplishments – National Champion, All-Star, MVP, Olympic Gold 2020 etc.

As per Forbes, Wilson had also invested in Masters, a fitness app, during its seed round. Thus, A’ja was both a trainer and an investor for the app. For the unversed, the app has workout routines by top athletes that can be accessed from the comfort of home. The app had other investors too including but not limited to Bam Adebayo, Shau White, and Kai Lenny.

In addition to this, A’ja has also invested in a sports agency and a clothing line. This helps her increase her net worth and also makes complete use of her mass following.

As per Web Story, though Wilson hasn’t publicly made official her car collection, she was spotted in a black Mercedes-Benz G-Class in a photo posted by her in 2018 on social media networking platform X. The cost of the car starts around $130,000. Apart from this, she was also spotted driving a Range Rover which costs around $60,000. She had captioned the picture as “Midnight rides.”
