It appears that history and Caitlin Clark are going side by side. After tumbling so many records at the college basketball level, the 22-year-old now has her eyes set on the professional side. However, it is not as easy to catch a glimpse of her in action for her fans. Seemingly, apart from the skyrocketing ticket prices, there is also an issue with availability.

eBay helping fans enter Clark’s debut regular-season game

It is anticipated that Clark can make her WNBA debut against the Connecticut Sun in their regular season encounter on May 14. Now, the obvious way to access them is to buy them online at the official Indian Fever page. However, for those who don’t know how to operate a smartphone, a stub can be made available to them on a reasonable request. This was done recently by Mohegan Sun, who happens to be the owner of the Mohegan Sun Arena. As it turns out, the Mohegan Sun Arena will host the May 14th game, which will take place between the Indiana Fever and the Connecticut Sun.

He further revealed that she was an 80-year-old woman who didn’t have a phone. Soon after, the ticket was listed on eBay and captioned, “My 80-year-old mother was able to get them to print the ticket because she showed her flip phone.” Following this, multiple buyers tried to contact ticketamerica2009. But, they weren’t able to get in touch with the seller. Moreover, his sales history suggests that he has conducted numerous auctions for Clark’s debut game tickets. One of the prices went as high as $1,293 on April 11. It is interesting to note that 19 tickets have been sold on eBay. Further, 18 of those have been from one seller.

It is not a surprise that there is such a craze for buying these tickets. Apparently, the Indiana Fever schedule justifies this obsession by fans.

The red-hot schedule of Caitlin Clark ahead

Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever are set to enter the WNBA court on May 4 against the Dallas Wings. They are expected to play another pre-season game against the Atlanta Dream 6 days later at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Then, the regular season starts with them taking on the Connecticut Sun on May 14. After this, 8 games are scheduled throughout the month, which include the remaining WNBA teams.

The Caitlin Clark effect is still well and truly intact. These reactions from the fans are proof that they want to witness Clark’s magic live. We will have to wait and see what else is in store before the season kicks off.
