The Aces’ win over the Liberty has given the fans a lot of moments to cherish. One of those moments was Aces’ forward Alysha Clark dedicating her title win to her late father. Touched by this tribute, Sue Bird shared a post on her story. The post has a picture of Alysha Clark with a text: “Three-time WNBA Champion Alysha Clark dedicated her 2023 win with the Las Vegas Aces to her late father just one year after his passing.” Bird’s gesture towards a fellow Seattle Storm player is proof of her humility and compassion.

After the Game 4, Clark got emotional during a post-game interview with ESPN’s Holly Rowe. Her father, Duane Clark, passed away in September last year. Duane was an athlete himself and was active in football. He was proud of the fact that his daughter was a sportsperson like him.
