“We had like a friend’s Christmas, and I got some kind of food poisoning there at some point, cause that’s the only thing I really ate all day that day. I don’t know what it was, but I am not going to add them because they’re really good cooks. So I don’t know. Maybe it was just my stomach.”
“But I think it might have been like the store brought shrimp and I kept eating it, maybe that was the problem. So the next morning I had a flight, and I’m not kidding. We’ve already talked about laxatives on here, but here we go again. I could not s–t out of both ends the night before. But I had to get on the plane, and I was so queasy, and I looked like s–t,” Sophie Cunningham recounted the incident on the Show Me Something podcast.

Now, she is busy hosting the fourth annual Sophie Cunningham Classic in her hometown of Columbia, Missouri, starting January 9.
