Olympic wrestlers signing up for WWE is not an entirely unexpected occurrence. However, the signing of Gable Steveson to the WWE shook the world considering the options he had in front of him. Despite being touted as a potential American football player, Gable chose otherwise.

Having followed the footsteps of Kurt Angle, Gable signs a NIL deal with the company for attending the University of Minnesota for his senior year. The superstar wants to make it big in the business as he once talked about his love for ‘The Rock’. After the announcement, Seth Rollins welcomed him to the company with a Tweet.
