It seems the former world number one is now enjoying her solitary life. Opelka recently shared an old photo of Serena Williams and Venus Williams on social media with the late artist Noah Davis. He called it his favorite photo. He also acclaimed it as the coldest image in sports history.

Noah Davis is a former painter and artist. He tragically passed away at the age of 32 in 2015. His father was the late attorney Kevin Davis, who represented Venus and Serena Williams in the 1990s and 2000s. He is also said to have helped negotiate Venus Williams’ $40 million deal with Reebok at the time.

Opelka shared his views through his comment. He wrote,” My fav! Venus, Serena, and Noah Davis. 3 legends in the making.” In the picture, Venus is seen along with her younger sister, Serena Williams, and the late artist Noah Davis.

Davis’s cause of death has not been revealed, but he was battling with rare cancer. Davis’ paintings of African Americans had a dreamy and unreal quality. His paintings were well known for their muted color palette and photorealistic details.

Williams hopes to help people diagnosed like her get support

In 2011, Venus Williams publicly shared her diagnosis of Sjögren’s Syndrome. It is a systemic autoimmune disease that affects the entire body. She reminisced about her parents’ life lesson to look after her mental health.
