July 30  is celebrated as International Friendship Day, the day when every friend shares how grateful they are to have the other person around. Similarly, on this beautiful day of friendship, the 33rd-ranked tennis player celebrated her friendship with none other than her WTA friend, Sabalenka. She recently took to her Instagram account to share a story that was posted by a tennis update channel, Wilson Tennis.

In that post, there was a picture of both the tennis besties hugging each other, from the time they played doubles as a pair. She accompanied that lovely post with a heart-hand emoji to mark the occasion of their friendship.

Before turning good friends, they considered each other rivals, but last year things changed when they took a chance to have a double partnership in Miami. And since then, the rest of his history has been written and they never leave a chance to showcase their friendship goals.

A month ago, the current world number two tennis player, who is rather secretive about her own love life, shared a sweet message for the Tennis hot couple. She actually gave her approval of her best friend’s relationship in that message, just like any other pair of best friends would.

She also admitted that she follows the couple’s shared private Instagram account and that she is really happy for her friend to have found love with the Greek tennis star.
