Williams signed a deal worth $60 million with the brand. She has connections even today. However, her sister also signed a deal with Reebok the same year, but it was far less than the younger sister. Nevertheless, after American star Andre Agassi, she was the only person to have achieved such a feat, and that too at a young age. The brand pursued Williams as an individual to endorse because of her influence and the standards that she created on the tennis court.
