Recently, Gauff was first at the scene to poke fun at Ben Shelton.

Most tennis players understand that and have made sure to be active with their fans and followers. Ben Shelton, world number 38, recently posted a series of pictures on his Instagram account. The American player was showing off his practice sessions for the ongoing Barcelona Open.

He posted four pictures in which he attempted different shots from different places on the court. He captioned the post “Hasta mañana 🦍“. Many expressed in the comments how they post found the caption hilarious. However, one Coco Gauff was focused on Shelton’s hair as she said that his hair was so long that it couldn’t even fit in the picture. She stated, “hair so long it can’t even fit in the pic“.

However, Shelton wasn’t one to take it lying down as he struck back at Gauff. He said, “urs goes down to ur ankles so I don’t wanna hear it“.

Gauff and Tiafoe join forces to mock the fellow player

Ben Shelton competed in the Charlottesville Men’s Pro Challenger Tournament and faced Chris Eubanks in the final. In a gesture of great sportsmanship, Eubanks posted a congratulatory picture for Shelton. The picture had the two players hugging. However, Coco Gauff and Frances Tiafoe put their own spin on it.
