The German tennis legend, Steffi Graf likes to keep her hands clean, but controversies always find a way to reach her. Recently, the former world number one’s nephew was tagged as ‘scandalous’ and his response came just in time.

The 22-time Grand Slam champion preferred staying out of controversies on and off the tennis court. In the past, she also faced a lot of heat when, when her father was sent to jail for creating a huge tax fraud. However, the tennis legend has always maintained her calm over any debatable issue related to her family. 

Steffi Graf’s nephew’s take on being called scandalous 

Recently the 53-year-old former tennis player’s nephew, Torren Graf, came under the scanner over various newsletters released in Germany. However, the 27-year-old who is at a turning point in his life with new hopes in his personal and professional life cleared the air regarding how he was unnecessarily party to ‘scandal’. 

The former world number one’s nephew took to his Instagram account to share a picture taken from the newsletter, with which he was not happy. And wrote over the story, “Lmfaooo, they called me the scandalous nephew, they’ve done me dirty.”

The 27-year-old is close to the legendary German tennis player. And has never shied away from talking about how his aunt was always there for him and gave him support. She is the only person on whom he can have complete faith. And it didn’t sit well with Torren to see his aunt’s name brought up in a story. However, the biggest question is what lead to this incident.

What lead to this scandalous controversy? 

On the occasion of Valentine’s day, he shared a special post for his girlfriend and revealed his girlfriend to the world. He is dating a 25-year-old American equestrian and social media influencer. However, the best part is that Korie Ford is just as athletic and sporty as his aunt.

When everybody turned their face away from him, there was his aunt who supported him to experience a better life, which he is living today.
