Stefanos Tsitsipas’ girlfriend, Paula Badosa, had to pull out of the French Open 2023 because of a severe spine injury she sustained at the quarter-finals of the Italian Open. Stefanos and Paula were also supposed to play together as a team in mixed doubles at Wimbledon but could not again due to another injury of hers. Their fans expressed excitement about seeing their chemistry on the court due to their scintillating off-court chemistry.
But now Paula Badosa has recuperated well as she shared a message for her fans on social media. She made an announcement about her comeback on the court. Even though her presence was missed at the major tournaments this season, tennis fans can look forward to the prospect of Badosa playing at the Australian Open next year.

Paula Bados endured a torrid year due to injuries, as she couldn’t play in any of the major tournaments this season. This doesn’t bode well for her in terms of her rankings and career trajectory. Therefore, she turned her focus on optimal rest and recovery. Badosa has made it her goal to come back and start playing tournaments again. Paula wrote, “Continuing the good progress of my back, my goal is to play the BJKC. Representing my country always motivates me a lot and makes me very excited. I’m going to do everything I can to get there.”
Her message indicates that she has put in the work to make a decisive comeback in the hopes of clinching glory for her motherland. In fact, she has even started preparing for her matches with workout sessions. She recently posted a story on her Instagram account showing how she feels better and works out as well.

After enduring a terrible season due to several injuries back-to-back, Paula Badosa shared an update with her fans. She posted a story on social media on her Instagram account after one of her workout sessions. In the story she wrote, “After a few weeks out, finally some workout is done. So happy. Let’s go for more. PS: exhausted.”
